Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026

A short list of things we ask you not to do with our products and services.

1. Don't use Onsonara to harm others

You may not use Onsonara products to harass, defame, defraud, or stalk anyone. You may not use them to monitor a person without their informed consent — in team deployments, each member must be told what data is collected and have the ability to opt out.

2. Don't break the law

You may not use Onsonara products in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including export controls, sanctions, or laws protecting personal data.

3. Don't abuse the infrastructure

  • Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, customer accounts, or our underlying providers.
  • Don't probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without permission.
  • Don't use automation to scrape, mass-download, or otherwise extract content from our website at a volume that affects other users.

4. Don't misrepresent

Don't claim to be us, don't share your license keys publicly, and don't resell or repackage our software as your own.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using Onsonara products to harm you or others, write to hello@onsonara.com. We investigate every report received.

6. Consequences

We may suspend or terminate licenses that violate this policy. For minor first-time breaches we will usually warn you and ask you to stop. For severe breaches (fraud, abuse of other people) we may act immediately and without refund.
