Terms of Service

1. The agreement

By placing an order or installing our software, you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

2. The products

Onsonara products are licensed, not sold. When you buy a license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the product on the number of devices stated for your tier.

• You may use the product for personal or commercial work.
• You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, or resell the product.
• You may not modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the product except as permitted by mandatory local law.

3. Orders, prices and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your billing region. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is collected through a third-party payment processor. Your card information is handled by that processor and never reaches our servers.

4. Delivery

Our products are delivered digitally. Your license key is sent to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within minutes. If you do not receive it within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact hello@onsonara.com.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund on all consumer purchases, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Onsonara products to do anything illegal, to harass others, or to circumvent technical limitations. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Warranty

We work hard to make our products reliable, but we provide them “as is”. Within the limits of applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these terms (for example, by trying to resell the product). You may stop using the product at any time — uninstall it from your devices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the courts competent for the seat of Onsonara Software Sp. z o.o., subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify registered customers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the product after the change means you accept the new terms.
