FocusFlow
A focus timer that sizes every session to your real attention curve.
FocusFlow throws out the fixed 25-minute Pomodoro. It reads your real typing and activity rhythm and sizes each focus block to how deep you actually are, stretching when you are in flow, easing off before you burn out. It pairs with TypePulse and is another app our toolkit members get.
The full story.
Traditional timers assume everyone runs on the same clock. FocusFlow does not: it watches your keyboard and activity signals (locally, never the content) and adapts session length to your real working rhythm, then shows you a daily report of when you genuinely focus best, not when productivity advice says you should.
It shares signals with TypePulse on the same machine, so your typing data shapes your focus blocks without anything touching the network.
Like the rest of the line, FocusFlow ships with our keyboards and partner bundles rather than on this site. Owners and community members get the broader Onsonara toolkit, sign in to the members area to activate it.
Blocks stretch when you are deep and shorten the moment you start to fragment.
Mutes system notifications for the length of a focus block, automatically.
See your true peak hours from real data, not a generic template.
Shares signals locally so your typing shapes your focus, never over the network.
