Refund Policy

If our product isn't the right fit for you, we'd rather refund you than keep your money. Here's how it works.
1. The 14-day window
You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase for any reason. You do not need to justify the request, and you do not need to send the license back — we deactivate it on our side.
2. Who is eligible
- Consumer purchases — covered automatically. This goes beyond the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which we honour regardless of how often you used the product.
- Business / team plans — covered, with one exception: refunds are calculated pro rata for unused seats once a team has been provisioned for more than 30 days.
3. How to request a refund
- Email hello@onsonara.com from the address that received the license, or use the contact form.
- Mention the order ID (visible in your receipt).
- We reply within one business day and process the refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take an extra few days to appear on your statement.
4. After the 14-day window
After 14 days we generally do not refund, but we are reasonable: if you hit a bug we cannot fix, or if the product no longer works on your platform due to a major OS change we did not warn you about, write to us and we'll usually refund or offer a credit.
5. Things that are not refundable
- Charges from third parties (currency conversion fees, bank fees) are not within our control.
- Optional add-ons that have already been consumed (for example, a one-off priority support call).
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. If your country's law gives you a longer refund window or stronger guarantees, those apply.
